The 3rd WZBC Wenzhou Entrepreneurs Forum was held at Wenzhou Business College, with the theme "Accelerating the Cultivation of New Quality Productive Forces and Chinese-style Modernization", on Sept 2.

9月2日，第三届WZBC温商国际论坛在浙江温州举行，本次论坛以“加快培育发展新质生产力与中国式现代化”为主题，来自美国、英国、德国、意大利、比利时、匈牙利等国际战略学术界专家学者齐聚温州商学院，共话新质生产力与中国式现代化，为推动中国民营经济高质量发展建言献策。

The event invited experts and scholars from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and Hungary, who gathered to discuss new productivity paradigms and their relevance to China's modernization efforts.

论坛期间，欧洲亚洲事务研究所(EIAS)总裁顾爱乐 (Axel Goethals)、美国乔治梅森大学政策与政府学院院长马克·罗泽尔(Mark J. Rozell)、前英国伦敦经济与商业政策署署长罗思义(John Ross)、美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学法学与国际事务教授白轲(Larry Catá Backer)等专家学者以国际化视野，聚焦全球局势与中国式现代化发表主旨演讲。

会上，欧洲亚洲事务研究所(EIAS)总裁顾爱乐 (Axel Goethals)表示，欧洲温商迎来了第二次“高潮”，在科技创新方面有更多成就。顾爱乐期待温州商学院和欧盟、比利时建立更深的合作关系，包括学术合作和高校院校合作，聚焦欧盟和中国的关系是未来的方向点。

Axel Goethals, president of the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS), stated that the European Wenzhou business community is experiencing a second "boom," achieving greater success in technological innovation. Goethals expressed the anticipation for deeper cooperation between Wenzhou Business College and the European Union, particularly Belgium, including academic collaborations and partnerships between higher education institutions. Goethals emphasized that focusing on the relationship between the EU and China will be a key direction for the future.
