Cristian Turetta achieved the PhD in Computer Science at University of Verona, Italy. His research focuses on developing pervasive healthcare systems that combine deep learning, wireless sensing, and wearable technologies to improve quality of life and reduce healthcare burdens. His work explores novel sensing modalities including millimeter-wave radar, WiFi Channel State Information, and multimodal sensor fusion to create unobtrusive monitoring solutions for clinical and home environments. He has published more than 25 papers in international conferences and journals, collaborating with research groups across Europe and beyond.
